How to Change Barre Chords on the Flamenco Guitar at WARP SPEED (E to F Major)

You may be wondering why I am dressed like Captain Kirk from the popular 1960s television series, "Star Trek."'s because at the time of this recording, it was...Halloween!

...So in case yo were wondering, I do not have any Starfleet clearance or credentials. I cannot captain a Starfleet vessel. I repeat...I cannot captain a Starfleet vessel.
Now that we've gotten that out of he way...
In this lesson, we will be learning how to change chords most effectively (in this case E to F major). Our objective is to change chords clearly and quickly while avoiding buzzing strings. You may feel apprehensive when trying to play at F barre chord--many people do.
...You are not alone!
All of us have experienced the frustration of not being able to change from one chord to the other on the beat.
"We hear and feel the beat like a pro...
...But it seems like our fretting fingers just aren't getting the message! Ugh!"
I am going to show you how to get the message to your fretting fingers so that they will never forget what to do once you have told them. So please join me for this lesson!
P.S. The compás for this exercise is Tangillos.
