How to Change Barre Chords on the Flamenco Guitar at WARP SPEED (E to F Major)

Now that we've gotten that out of he way...
In this lesson, we will be learning how to change chords most effectively (in this case E to F major). Our objective is to change chords clearly and quickly while avoiding buzzing strings. You may feel apprehensive when trying to play at F barre chord--many people do.
